Payments:

Only SnapScan, PayPal and EFTSecure orders in before 9AM Monday to Friday will ship the Same Day. Direct Bank Transfer will only ship when funds clear into our account.

Return and Refunds policy

The provision of goods and services by Vaporize.co.za is subject to availability. In cases of unavailability, Vaporize.co.za will refund the customer in full within 30 days. Cancellation of orders by the customer will attract a 10% administration fee. With absolutely no exceptions, will any cancellation be possible after items have been shipped or collected by the customer.

* No goods will be shipped (or handed over for collection) without full payment via SnapScan, PayPal, EFTSecure or manual EFT (Direct Bank Transfer) For manual EFT funds need to clear into our account first.

Vaporize.co.za DOA (Dead On Arrival) Warranty

The purchaser shall inspect the goods on arrival and must notify us within 48 hours via email or whatsapp from the date of delivery if any goods are damaged or any items were not received. Please do not open any goods without checking them to be correct first. Please contact us via email or whatsapp immediately. Should the purchaser fail to do this it shall be deemed as goods accepted.

All goods carry a 48 hour DOA money back warranty (or will be replaced) if it arrives dead or broken. ALSO SEE EXCLUSIONS BELOW..

Terms:

* You will be required to return to us the Broken/Damaged/Not Working goods with original packaging and shipping labels..
* We MUST be notified of items to be returned within 48 hours of receiving the goods. (mail to: info@vaporize.co.za / whatapp:0837737441)
* A full refund or replacement will only be issued after the original damaged goods have been received back for inspection.

Factory Warranty

Vaporize.co.za abides by the manufactures warranty and no warranty claim will be processed if the purchaser has misused the product or not abided by the instructions laid out by the manufacturer.

Different devices will have different warranties from their respective manufacturers, in most cases glassware and mouthpieces will NOT be covered under any warranty, most electronic devices will have a 3 months factory warranty on electronic failure only. (Please confirm with us before purchase.)

General scratches and cracks due to possible misuse will NOT be covered. Devices with liquid damage, damage due to excessive heat, drop damage or general misuse will NOT be covered. Please note that as per the Consumer Protection Act Vaporize.co.za is allowed up to 2 weeks the check the device and return it to the purchaser.

Warranty / Refund Exclusions

No warranty or guarantee is offered on any Pre made or Handmade coils.

No warranty or guarantee is offered on any Glassware or Mouthpieces.

Regrettably no returns or refunds will be entertained on SALE items.

For all our customers safety, there will be absolutely no refund or exchange of any eLiquid, DIY Liquids or Flavoring.

Please note that Lithium batteries have an expected life of around 500 cycles, therefor batteries are only covered under the Vaporize.co.za Dead On Arrival Warranty.

Customer Privacy policy

Vaporize.co.za shall take all reasonable steps to protect the personal information of users. For the purpose of this clause, “personal information” shall be defined as detailed in the Promotion of Access to Information Act 2 of 2000 (PAIA). The PAIA may be downloaded from:

Payment options accepted

Payment may be made via EFTSecure, PayPal, SnapScan or by Direct Bank Transfer into the Vaporize.co.za bank account, the details of which will be provided on request.

Lithium Batteries Warning

Lithium-ion cells and battery packs may get hot, explode or ignite and cause serious injury if exposed to abuse conditions. Be sure to follow the safety warnings listed below:

Do not connect the positive terminal and negative terminal of the battery to each other with any metal object (such as wire or keys).
Do not carry or store battery together with Keys, necklaces, hairpins or other metal objects.
Do not pierce the battery with nails, strike the battery with a hammer, step on the battery or otherwise subject it to strong impacts or shocks.
Do not expose battery to water or salt water, or allow the battery to get wet.

This battery module is not for use by small children. Please ensure proper supervision of kids by an adult at all times.

Remember to shut off the battery when not in use

Do not place the battery in or near fire, on stoves or other high temperature locations. Do not place the battery in direct sunlight, or use or store the battery inside cars in hot weather. Doing so may cause the battery to generate heat, explode or ignite. Using the battery in this manner may also result in a loss of performance and a shortened life expectancy.

Do not disassemble or modify the battery. The battery contains safety and protection devices, which, if damaged, may cause the battery to generate heat, explode or ignite.

Do not charge unattended

Immediately discontinue use of the battery if, while using, charging or storing the battery, the battery emits an unusual smell, feels hot, changes color or shape, or appears abnormal in any other way.

Do not place the battery in microwave ovens, high-pressure containers or on induction cookware.

By purchasing and using any lithium battery from our store, you agree to take full liability and responsibility for it’s use. In no way can Vaporize.co.za or it’s operators be held liable for any misfortune or harm caused by the use or misuse of this device.

Mechanical Mod Warning

Mechanical mods are not regulated, and therefore include no short circuit protection for the battery other than ventilation (if ventilation exists in the design of the device). When using mechanical mods, please be sure that you know the dangers of not having circuit protection. Lithium batteries can be volatile and vent or explode, causing injury and damage to property. This can happen if the batteries are not handled properly, if the resistance level of your coils is too low, or in the event of a short circuit. For all mechanical mods we recommend the use of a ‘short fuse’ to shut down the battery from an external short circuit. We recommend using an Ohm reader to check your coils before you start vaping with a mechanical mod to ensure that you are vaping at a safe resistance level.
